Government Liaison
Annie Black, FPC
I'm excited to serve as Government Liaison for our payroll chapter and look forward to helping keep members informed on local, state, and federal legislative and regulatory changes that impact our profession.
I've been with Lithko for the past 4.5 years, where I currently work as the Payroll & Tax Analyst. In my role, I focus on payroll and tax compliance, process improvement, and finding solutions to complex payroll challenges.
I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Cincinnati, and I'm passionate about continuing to learn and grow within the payroll profession.
I'm excited for the opportunity to get more involved and connect with others in the payroll community!

Secretary
Lily Hall, FPC
I am excited about the opportunity to be up for the Social Media role. I am a newer member of the local chapter, and look forward to jumping in and getting involved with everything that it has to offer. I am a Payroll Specialist with Lithko Contracting, and have been learning from my team members the ins and outs of the payroll world. I have recently decided to take the APA’s FPC exam in the fall, and will be attending the study group classes that the GCNKY chapter provides this summer. I have also been a part of Lithko’s contributions to the program Adopt a Class this year, and have enjoyed witnessing the impact that the program has on the kids’ lives. I believe I can make a lasting positive change in regards to the social media side of the local chapter, in promoting the positive change that the GCNKY chapter has on the local payroll community. I look forward to serving this community in this position.

Treasurer
Nicole Nusbaum
After two years with the Greater Cincinnati Northern KY Payo summer Study Group, I obtained my (CPP) certification in 2008 and consider myself a “Payroll Nerd!” I am excited to be serving as Treasurer and learning a new side to our chapter. In the past, I volunteered for several NPW and Wage and Hour Committees, served 1 term as President Elect/ President, Secretary for 8 years, led our Adopt-A-Class program for 10 years, and let’s just say I taught CPP Study Group long enough that my class can officially drive- LOL! My career has been a well-rounded adventure from a bank teller in Fayetteville, North Carolina while my husband Christian, was serving in the military to working for companies where I got to wear all hats in payroll, implementing new systems, payroll accounting, benefits, and HR. I have been a manager at The E.W. Scripps Company for 7 years and have enjoyed continuing to learn from my co-workers. My husband, Christian and I have two amazing children, Elijah (8), and Ellie Hope (3), that we adore.

Membership
Yvette Bennett
I began my career in payroll before spending over 25 years in Human Resources management. The years in HR gave me the opportunity to support employees, lead teams, yet continue to work closely with payroll. Four years ago, I returned to my roots in payroll and currently serve as a Payroll Manager, a role that combines my passion for people with my love of the payroll profession.
In the role of Membership, I am excited about helping our chapter continue to grow and thrive. I believe professional associations are invaluable resources for networking, education, mentorship, and career development. My goal is to welcome new members, increase engagement, and help build meaningful connections among payroll professionals throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.
I look forward to working alongside our chapter leadership and members to expand our reach, share knowledge, and strengthen our payroll community. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve and excited to help grow the GCNK chapter while supporting the professional success of our members.
